Pre-visit Health Check – Every patient will be prescreened with the following questionnaire before the visit. This helps keep everyone safe and healthy!
No Elevator – Walk straight into our brand new, ground floor office with no need to hassle with an elevator.
Contactless Check-in – Medical history forms along with insurance information will be collected online or over the phone prior to the appointment.
Temperature Check – All patients are screened for symptoms and temperature before their appointment. Additionally, all doctors and staff are screened before their shift.
Partition/Barriers – We have installed barriers at the front desk to minimize any exposure. In addition, all chairs in the waiting area are now separated by partitions for your safety.
Masks Required – Please remember to bring a face covering to your visit. If you forget to bring your own, then we will be happy to provide you with one.
Spaced Out Visits – We’ve developed a limited schedule for more one-on-one time with your doctor and less overall traffic in the clinic, maintaining social distancing recommendations. No walk-in appointments will be accepted.
Zero Waiting – Patients will be taken to the exam room immediately to minimize time in the waiting room.
HEPA Filtration System – There will be hepa filter air purification systems spread out throughout the office including the restroom.
Enhanced PPE – Our clinical team wears gloves, N95 masks or P100 respirators, face shields, isolation gowns, and hair coverings. This allows us to have maximum protection.
Anti-viral Rinse – Prior to treatment, you will be asked to rinse with hydrogen peroxide in order to reduce the viral load in the mouth.
Negative Pressure Room – Your dental treatment will be completed in a negative pressure room that allows for all aerosols to be passed through hepa filters and exhausted outside. This allows us to create an isolation unit similar to a hospital setting and provide you with the safest environment when the mask is removed for treatment.
Around the Clock Disinfection – All surfaces and common areas are thoroughly wiped down with Clorox after each patient. Restrooms are thoroughly sanitized after each use as well.
Follow-up health check – Two weeks after you come in, we’ll reach out to see if you’ve shown any symptoms of illness.
Extraoral Suctions – Safely removes droplets and aerosol particles created during dental treatments!
